The Team
Henry Edwards - Psychotherapist​MA - Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Counselling

Henry offers a warm, empathetic approach to therapy through his integrative practice that is grounded in the Person-Centred approach. This creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and discover your path toward healing and growth .
Henry specializes in working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety. He also has valuable experience supporting those navigating trauma, suicidal ideation, relationship difficulties, family estrangement, chronic pain, imposter syndrome, and existential questions about meaning and purpose.

During his masters, Henry conducted research into the unconscious mind, particularly in relation to trauma, giving him a keen understanding of the unconscious drivers, particularly from childhood, that often influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
